Ramadan Food Packages Distributed in Five Districts in Bangladesh, such as Satkhira, Natore, Chandpur, Nilphamari, and Gaibandha:
With the holy month of Ramadan approaching, Miladin Foundation, Germany, has distributed “Ramadan Food Packages” among underprivileged families in several districts of Bangladesh to ease their hardship during the fasting month.
The food assistance was distributed in Satkhira District, Natore District, Chandpur District, Nilphamari District, and Gaibandha District. The initiative targeted poor and vulnerable communities, including orphans, widows, the elderly, persons with disabilities, and low-income families who face increased financial pressure during Ramadan.
Representatives of the foundation stated that Ramadan is a time of spiritual devotion, prayer, and self-discipline, but for many families, it also brings economic challenges due to reduced work opportunities and rising prices of essential commodities. Through this food distribution program, the foundation aims to ensure that disadvantaged families can observe the holy month with dignity and without worrying about food shortages.
The distributed Ramadan Food Packages included essential food items necessary for Sehri and Iftar, helping beneficiaries maintain proper nutrition throughout the month.
Local community members expressed their gratitude to the Miladin Foundation, Germany, for standing beside the needy during this sacred time. The organization reaffirmed its commitment to continuing humanitarian efforts and supporting vulnerable communities in Bangladesh.
